Dr. Olivier Naray is founder of O.Naray Strategic Consulting. Olivier helps his clients i.e. companies, organisations, and individuals to protect and promote their interests (public affairs, positioning, reputation) vis-脿-vis their external stakeholders at the intersection of private business – public sector / media / research / civil society. Olivier Naray has been the President of the Public Affairs Committee of Western Switzerland’s largest ICT sector professionals’ interest group since 2017 (GRI -Groupement romand de l鈥橧nformatique). Previously, Olivier was International Civil Servant and managed large projects at the International Trade Centre (United Nations / World Trade Organisation) under the Netherlands Trust Fund from 2010 to July 2017. He focused on SMEs’ exporting efforts from emerging African and Asian markets in sectors such as ICT, business process outsourcing, offshoring, and agribusiness (coffee/f&v). Dr Naray is reviewer for two scientific business journals鈥� editorial board (International Trade Journal; International Journal of Diplomacy and Economy). He has published in peer reviewed journals and books (Emerald Insight; The International Trade Journal; The Hague Journal of Diplomacy). Olivier Naray holds a Ph.D. in Management from University of Neuch芒tel (Switzerland), an M.A. in International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna (Austri) as well as a M.Sc. in Political Sciences, University of Geneva (Switzerland).
